Started in 2015 as a freelancer - LAKSH Design and construction, while working for a private firm for almost 16 Years, with putting all the hardship and the knowledge to Samanvi Design Associates with a sole mantra of "Quality Homes + Transparency' = SUCCESS ". In the last one decade delivered numerous projects and soon made a footprint in the construction industry. Later registered in 2021 as Samanvi Design Associates, is a growing construction company based in Sullia and operations in Puttur, Bangalore, Pune, and Gujarat. We specialize and focus on delivering Sustainable, Energy efficient, Innovative and high-quality construction solutions for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects across Karnataka.
